We are centrally located just off Grafton Street and are looking for a part-time Receptionist/Beauty Therapist. The role requires an energetic, enthusiastic, reliable person who is committed to providing superior service in our beautiful Spa environment. Full training will be provided.

 

Primary Duties

The Receptionist/Beauty Therapist will be responsible as the front-of-house receptionist who will also carry out beauty treattments when necessary at the Spa. Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Ensuring the seamless and smooth day-to-day running of the Reception.
  • Client satisfaction – this is a primary responsibility. All clients must receive the utmost care and attention while experiencing a 5 Star treatment.
  • Efficiently manage all enquiries and bookings made via phone, email, social media and in person.
  • Efficient schedule appointments through our salon management software.
  • Responsible for opening or closing the Spa when necessary.
  • Cash up, balance till and send reports to the management team at the end of the day.
  • Ensure Daily Checklist is completed every day.
  • Manage gaps in the therapist column and encourage clients/therapists to fill them.
  • Perform a high standard of beauty treatments when necessary.

 

Requirements

  • 2-years minimum experience

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Strive to achieve the highest standards of treatment at all times.
  • Be pro-active in all activities.
  • Be immaculately presented.
  • Possesses superior Customer service skills.
  • Have excellent attention to detail.

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will hold a relevant beauty qualification.
  • Must have excellent English, both written and verbal, excellent computer skills, and the ability to pick things up quickly.
  • Flexibility in working hours is required as we are open late evenings and Saturdays.
  • Must be able to perform beauty treatments and cover our busy reception when necessary.
